Common Contraindications for massage use: If you have any condition listed below you are not
eligible to use LMTP services at this time. Contact us for more details.
Fever or infections (including cold/flu/viruses)
Renal Failure
Skin rashes
Open sores
Volatile emotions
Severe high blood pressure
Severe Sunburn
First trimester of pregnancy
ATTENTION
If you arrive at your appointment sick or have any communicable diseases your massage
appointment will be canceled. (See cancellation policy).
Policies
We are Closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, January 1st, Easter Sunday, June 19th, July 4th, and Labor Day.
Youth – 17 years and under must be accompanied by a parent or authorized adult to fill out forms. Adults may be required to stay.
Prenatal massages are performed after 1st trimester and 6 weeks post-delivery.
Documentation is required to take advantage of veteran, disability, senior, youth, and birthday discounts.
All vouchers, coupons, and gift cards must be shown or redeemed upon arrival or before services start.
Booking services through our online calendar requires a 24-hour advance.
Services can be booked through our online calendar up to 30 days out.
New customers should arrive 15 min before the scheduled service to fill out an intake form.
Customers arriving more than 15 min after the appointment start time are subject to cancellation.
Services’ promotional value must be redeemed within the indicated time period to avoid added charges.
Massage Appointments must be Canceled 24 hours before scheduled time or there is a $25 non-cancellation fee. Non-cancellation fees are due at the time of cancellation.
Deposits are required at the time of booking most services. Missed appointments will be carried over.
Walk-ins and Waiting Lists are available.
Mini, Combo, and Mega maintenance packages are intended for one person and cannot be shared.
Groupon vouchers are intended for New Customers and can only be used one time.
